Unlike other forms that can cause stomach discomfort, our formula binds magnesium to two glycine amino acids in a process called chelation; making it easier for your body to absorb and use.

Not all magnesium-based products are created equal. Some brands include only a  small amount of bisglycinate and mix it with inferior, less effective forms like magnesium oxide. These can lead to poor absorption,  digestive upset, or laxative effects.

Contraindications

Recommended dose

• Adults: Take 1 to 4 capsules per day.
• Kids & teens (9-18yrs old): Take 1 capsule, 1 to 2 times per day.
• Kids (4-8yrs): 1 capsule per day. To prevent choking, do not allow children under 6 years old to swallow a capsule whole. Open capsule and mix content with food or drink.
