Ingredients

Medicinal Ingredients: Each ml contains:

• Valerian fresh organic root (Valeriana officinalis)

Non medicinal ingredient: 50% organic alcohol.

Contraindication

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Consult a health care practitioner before using if you are taking other sedatives or if drowsiness occurs during more than 2 weeks. Do not drive or use machines. Do not drink alcohol if taking this product. 

Recommended dose

Adults: As mild sedative: 1 ml (20 drops), 1 to 3 times a day, up to 2 weeks.
As a sleep aid: 2 ml (40 drops) before bedtime, up to 2 weeks.
